The 800 Dry-Type Copper Granulator is a large-capacity copper recycling system consisting of a main crushing unit, conveyor, air separation table, dual dust collectors, front and rear vibrating screens, and a PLC control cabinet — engineered for high-efficiency industrial performance.
1. Copper Wire Crusher
Measuring 2.0 m (L) × 1.7 m (W) × 1.9 m (H) with a crushing chamber size of 800 × 650 mm, the unit is powered by a 45 kW motor.
It features 14 SKD-11 alloy blades — 10 moving and 4 fixed — forged and heat-treated to a hardness of 58–61 HRC.
This ensures high toughness, wear resistance, and fast cutting speed for consistent granulation.
2. Crusher Screen
Includes 4 replaceable mesh screens (2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.0 mm) to adapt to different scrap wire sizes, improving output quality and production efficiency.
3. Air Separation Table
Utilizes centrifugal airflow and gravity separation to distinguish copper from plastic.
Heavier copper particles exit the front outlet, while lighter plastic is lifted and discharged from the rear outlet.
The eccentric shaft motion ensures precise, stable separation.
4. Dust Collector
Equipped with a 3 kW front fan and 1.5 kW rear fan, the dual dust collectors effectively remove dust from both the crusher and separation table, filtering it into dust collection bags for a clean and safe operation.
5. Dual Vibrating Screens
Each screen measures 2.3 m (L) × 0.7 m (W) × 1.1 m (H) and is powered by a 0.12 kW reducer motor.
They separate brass flakes (upper outlet) from copper wires (lower outlet), achieving accurate material classification.
6. Control Cabinet
Dimensions: 1.0 m (L) × 0.4 m (W) × 1.8 m (H).
Equipped with air switches, leakage protectors, time relays, and frequency inverters.
Features star-delta low-voltage start-up and overload protection to safeguard motors.
Dual inverters allow precise control of airflow and separation speed.
